经椎弓根椎体支柱块置入术治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的探讨经椎弓根椎体支柱块置入术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法采用经椎弓根椎体支柱块置入术治疗胸腰椎骨折15例,其中T11骨折2例,T12骨折6例,L1骨折7例。术中置入椎体支柱块并予以人工植骨,重建椎体高度,恢复脊柱稳定性,术后及随访期间摄X线片,测定伤椎体高度与正常高度的比值、Cobb角的矫正程度及术后患者早期疼痛缓解情况。结果 15例患者平均随访(13.0±5.6)个月,术后疼痛缓解明显。术后伤椎体高度压缩率、Cobb角及VAS评分均较术前显著改善,未发生椎体支柱块移位或塌陷。结论经椎弓根椎体支柱块置入术治疗胸腰椎骨折效果良好,是目前较为理想的手术方法。
