松果体区脊索样脑膜瘤1例报道并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨松果体区脊索样脑膜瘤(chordoid meningioma)临床、影像及病理学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析1例脊索样脑膜瘤患者的临床及影像学资料,对其进行免疫组化SP法及PAS特殊染色,观察其组织病理学并进行随访。结果瘤细胞胞质内外均见黏液,在黏液基质背景中有成簇或成行的类液滴样细胞,瘤组织中有典型的脑膜上皮漩涡结构,特染及免疫组化染色示PAS、EMA、vimentin和S-100蛋白均(+),CK(-)。结论脊索样脑膜瘤是一种罕见类型的脑膜瘤,发生在松果体区尤为少见,需结合临床病理学、免疫表型及特殊染色方可明确诊断。
