恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤2例临床病理分析

摘要 目的探讨恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的临床及病理组织学特征。方法回顾性分析2例恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的病理形态学特征及临床表现,并复习相关文献。结果例1行肝肿物穿刺活检及双侧肾上腺肿物切除术。病理诊断:右侧肾上腺符合恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤;左侧肾上腺恶性嗜铬细胞瘤,倾向于右侧肾上腺恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤转移;肝左叶穿刺标本转移性恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。例2行左腹膜后肿物+肾脏切除术。病理诊断:左腹膜后恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤,肿瘤侵犯肾脏及周围纤维脂肪组织。结论当嗜铬细胞瘤发生转移和(或)广泛浸润周围器官组织时,可确诊为恶性嗜铬细胞瘤。
