上腔静脉回流无阻断人工血管置换术在肺癌外科中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 所有肺癌侵犯上腔静脉（SVC）患者中，约1／3需要进行SVC完全切除及置换手术。此类手术多在SVC回流阻断的情况下施行，SVC阻断时间较长会出现严重的脑水肿。我们在术中应用建立临时无名静脉与右心耳旁路的方法，避免了血管置换过程中SVC回流被阻断，保证了手术的安全，现总结报道如下。
