心脏直视术后机械通气撤机时机选择 被引量：3

摘要 为促进体外循环心脏直视手术患者术后恢复、预防和减少肺部并发症，我们根据术后机械通气患者疾病特点，改进了撤机方案，现报道如下。资料和方法回顾2011年4月至10月体外循环心脏直视术后入ICU机械通气患者撤机情况，排除再次手术可能、术后脑出血或出现其他脏器严重衰竭、术后死亡患者，最终121例患者入选。
