宝钢某冷轧酸洗出口活套曾发生过一起几个小时的停机故障,活套车及摆动门损坏较严重。根据故障发生前的系统跟踪PDA曲线图以及设备损坏的情况分析判断出故障发生的真正原因,即摆动门锁紧装置发生了偏移,活套车在运行时和摆动门的导向轮发生了干涉,导致摆动门被撞坏。因此在日常检查中需要重点关注摆动门导轮和活套车的导槽配合、各关节点的润滑以及固定螺栓的松动情况和预紧弹簧的长度变化。
A serious fault once occurred in a pickling line at Baosteel Cold Rolling Plant, which caused a breakdown of several hours and severe damage to the looper cars and waving doors. By analyzing the PDA curves prior to the occurrence of the fault and the equipment damage condition, this paper found out that the real reason for the fault was the change in location of the waving door locking device. That caused the looper car to touch the guide wheel in the wrong position and thus resulted in damage to the waving doors. Therefore, the future maintaining work should be focused on the coordination between the guide wheel and guide channel, the lubrication of each joint, the looseness of the fixing bolts and the length change of the preloaded spring.
