摘要
主要介绍了韶钢高线粗轧机组有关无槽轧制技术的参数、导卫轧辊系统的开发以及该技术在生产过程中情况,针对无槽轧制过程中部分机架出现的扭转、打滑、轧件鼓度等问题,结合工艺理论与实际对工艺参数进行修改,使无槽轧制工艺得以稳定运行;同时对无槽轧制过程中的数据进行统计,与孔型轧制对比分析得出无槽轧制技术在辊耗、能耗、备辊、工艺指标等方面的优势。
This article mainly introduced the grooveless rolling technology of the high-speed wirerod roughing mill at Shaosteel, covering the determination of parameters, development of the guide and roller system and application of the technology in actual production. During the grooveless rollingprocess, torsion, slippage and bulging of rolled pieces occasionally took place at some stands. In order to solve those problems, process parameters were modified on the basis of both the process theory and the actual production situation, and thus stable operation of the grooveless rolling process wasensured. At the same time, data of the grooveless rolling process were collected and compared with those of the pass rolling process. Results showed that the grooveless rolling technology had advantages in roller consumption, energy consumption, roller preparation and process indicators.
