通过近十年的发展,韶钢烧结厂通过系列改造,烧结机实现从小型向大型的转变,在工艺、设备、技术上都取得了长足进步。建立了大型综合料场,采用自动配料、自动加水工艺,合理布料,取消热矿筛,改进整粒工艺;应用厚料层技术、节能技术、除尘和脱硫环保技术以及自动控制技术,降低了漏风率、煤气消耗及固体燃耗,同时将余热加以利用,显著降低烧结工序能耗。
After nearly a decade of development, Shaosteel has replaced its small-scale sintering machines with large-scale ones through a series of sintering plant reconstruction projects, thus achieving great progress in production process, equipment and technology. A large material yard was established in Shaogang Sintering Plant, and automatic dosing, automatic water-adding, reasonable fabric were processed. Heat mine sieving was canceled. The whole process was improved. Application of thick-layer technology, energy-saving technologies, dust removal and desulfurization of environmentally friendly technology and automation technology were processed. As a result, the air leakage rate, gas consumption and solid fuel consumption have been reduced. In addition, thanks to waste heat utilization, the energy consumption during the sintering process has decreasedsignificantly.
