摘要
目前,宝钢3号高炉一代炉役的生产时间、累计铁产量和单位炉容铁产量都已经创造了国内高炉的新纪录,实现了高效长寿。回顾3号高炉长寿和生产历程,分析了长寿设计中的教训和经验,解析了高炉设计与操作方式、技术和习惯之间的匹配关系,探讨高炉长寿设计改进技术方向。结合3号高炉操作实践,论证了3号高炉长寿操作维护成功技术和经验,同时,从高炉长寿角度,剖析了高炉设计和操作之间的潜在关系,为高炉长寿技术进步提供参考。
By now, the service life, accumulative iron production and iron output per unit volume of the first campaign of Baosteel No. 3 blast furnace have all created new records among domestic blast furnaces. Therefore the blast furnace has realized high efficiency and longevity. This paper reviews the production course of the No. 3 blast furnace, analyzes the lessons and experience in long campaign design, and studies the matching relationship between the design and the operation methods, technologies and habits of the blast furnace. It also explores the technical improvement direction of long campaign design. In addition, on the basis of the operation practice of the No. 3 blast furnace, this paper demonstrates the successful technology and experience for the longevity operation and maintenance of the No. 3 blast furnace. At the same time, it analyzes the potential relationship between the design and operation of the blast furnace from the angle of prolonging the campaign life, and thus provides reference for the progress of blast furnace long campaign technology.
