摘要
目的：通过对ＨＢＶ感染不同模式的分析，了解ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性人群ＨＢＶ感染状况，为制定相应防治措施和从业策略提供依据。方法：应用 ＥＬＩＳＡ检测 ２４６３例 ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性血清 ＨＢＶ标志物，并以此进行其抗原－抗体系统血清标志物不同组合模式分析。结果：所检标本显示出１０种血清模式。结论：在对该结果加以总结分析后认为，不同模式ＨＢＶ感染不仅具有重要的临床意义，且更具流行病学意义。
Objective: To get a knowledge of the infection situation of HbsAg -- Positive People through analysis on various modes of HBV infection and there fore provide proof for prophylactico -- therapeutic measures. Methods:2463 cases of HBsAg -- positive sera HBV marker were tested with the use of ELISA and further analysis were made on their different antigen -- antibody -- system sera markers. Result: Ten modes of sera were found in these cases. Conclusion: Various HBV infections had importance not only in clinical treatment but also in epidemiology
