摘要
目的:探索脑-脑脊液免疫神经内分泌回路的形态结构。方法:用扫描电镜的方法观察了人胎儿中脑水管室管膜的超微结构。结果:发现中脑水管室管膜上布满了大量的纤毛和微绒毛,并证实了中脑水管室管膜上存在着神经元样细胞,神经胶质样细胞和类组织细胞。纤毛或微绒毛丛中有神经纤维和树突末端。本文对上述结构与其他脑室的超微结构进行了比较,并对其功能进行了讨论。
Objective: To explore the structure of the brain -- cerebrospine immuno -- ganglia endocrine circuito.Methods: The ulbrastructural feature of the cerebral aqueduct ependyma in human fetus were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Numerous cilia, microvilli have been, observed on the cerebral aqueduct ependyma surface. The distribution of the cilia showed regional veriations. The supraependymal neuron -- like cells, neuroglia -- like cells and histocyte -- like cells have been identified. In the cerebral aqueduct. The supraependymal nerve come form the supraependymal neuron -- like or neurons outside the ventricle. The structures metioned above were compared with the ultrastructures of other ventricle. The function of the structures mentioned above were discussed.
