摘要
介绍了高速切削技术的概念,探讨了高速切削刀具材料的性能要求,重点对硬质合金、金刚石、陶瓷和立方碳化硼等高速切削刀具材料进行了研究。最后给出了高速切削刀具材料的选用方法。
The high-speed cutting technology was introduced and the performance requirements were discussed. The high-speed cutting tool materials of cemented carbides, diamond, ceramic and cubic boron nitride were studied. Finally, the high-speed cutting tool materials' selection was presented.
