摘要
搅拌摩擦焊是一种新兴的固相连接技术,是利用搅拌头和工件之间的相对运动、相互摩擦所产生的热量,塑化材料而完成连接的方法。该技术适用范围广、环保、无污染,成本低、效率高,焊缝的力学性能好,但其对装夹要求高,参数也不易确定。在国内外,对铝合金、铜合金等材料的搅拌摩擦焊机理、力学性能的研究已取得很大的成绩。与此同时,许多单位已被授权制造专门的设备。基于其自身的众多优点和技术水平的不断提高,搅拌摩擦焊已成功应用于运载火箭燃料贮箱、发动机承力框架、飞机起落架仓盖、船体外壳、列车车体框架和底盘的制造等领域。
Friction stir welding is a new solid connection technology,and it was used to join different metal materials by mutual friction between stirring head and workpiece.This technology has been used in many areas because of the environment friendly,low pollution,high efficient and good mechanical properties of welded joint.In recent years,it has made a great progress on the mechanism and properties researches of aluminum alloy and copper alloy.In addition,the equipment was also produced by many companies.As an advanced welding technology,the friction stir welding has been applied in vehicle fuel tank,engine support frame,landing gear box cover,hull,vehicle body frame,and so on.
