获得性免疫缺陷综合征相关非霍奇金淋巴瘤4例

摘要
人体感染人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）后的特征性改变是CD4^＋T淋巴细胞进行性下降，感染者逐渐出现严重免疫缺陷，临床上除表现为机会性感染外，获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）相关性肿瘤的发病率也显著升高。与HIV感染有关的非霍奇金淋巴瘤（ARL）在诊断时病变常弥散，可累及到结外组织如骨髓和消化道以及中枢神经系统和体腔（胸膜腔，心包和腹腔）。本文主要分析ARL患者的临床特点。
