肝外胆管乳头状腺瘤1例
摘要
女，73岁。四肢麻木乏力伴发热5d，左肢无力半天。行颅脑CT检查，以中风、发热原因待诊收入院。查体：左下肢肌力Ⅳ级，全身皮肤及眼巩膜无黄染，肝脾肋下未触及，肝区轻叩头。
