摘要
目的:探讨TASC Ⅱ分型与闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)中医证型之间的相关性。方法:分析80例ASO患者不同中医证型间TASC Ⅱ分型构成比。结果:不同中医证型间TASCⅡ主髂动脉分型均以TASCⅡA型最多,其他分型之间无明显区别。不同中医证型间TASCⅡ股腘动脉分型差异显著。血瘀型患者以A型和B型最多,C型次之;湿热下注型患者以B型和C型最多,A型和D型次之。湿热下注型患者的股腘动脉病变程度较血瘀型为重。结论:ASO中医证型与TASCⅡ分型有一定的相关性,探索两者的客观联系,有助于提高ASO中西医结合诊断水平,选择最佳的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the relationship between TASC Ⅱ typing and TCM syndrome typing in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO）. Methods Eighty cases of ASO were divided into two different TCM syndrome types,the constituent ratio of TASC Ⅱ typing was analyzed. Result The most common aortoili ac TASC Ⅱ type was A in different TCM syndrome types, there was no difference in other types. The difference on femoro-popliteal artery TASC Ⅱ typing was significant in different TCM syndrome types, in which the most common types were A and B in syndrome of blood stasis, and C took the second place;but the most common types were B and C in syndrome of downward flow of dampness heat, and A and D took the second place. The femoro-popliteal artery pathological degree was more severe in the syndrome of downward flow of dampness heat than in blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion The results showed certain correlation between TCM syndrome typing of ASO and TASC Ⅱ typing.Application of TCM syndrome typing will improve the results of diagnosis and treatment on ASO by integrated medicine.
