毫米波缓解颌面部术后软组织肿胀的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨颌面外科术后患者早期运用毫米波缓解面部软组织肿胀的临床效果。方法:自2010年10月~2011年9月,将28例行颌面部截骨整形术的患者随机分成两组。实验组于术后第3天起使用毫米波照射双侧面部术区,2次/天,双侧面部每次各30min,共使用5天,对照组为空白对照,分别于术前及术后测量患者面部标记点间的距离,并对实验组患者进行问卷调查研究。结果:接受毫米波治疗的患者术后面部软组织各线总体的肿胀程度及耳垂点到同侧口角点间的肿胀程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应发生,操作便捷,患者依从性较高。结论:毫米波缓解颌面术后患者面部软组织肿胀安全有效,实用便捷。 Objective To investigate the effect of millimeter wave on reducing the soft tissue swelling after maxillofacial operations. Methods From October of 2010 to September of 2011, 28 patients (5 men and 23women) underwent mandibular plastic operations at the fifth department of Plastic Surgery Hospital. Patients were randomly divided into blank control group and experimental group with millimeter wave treatment (n=14).Distances between the marked points of both sides of face were measured. Postoperation, experimental group was asked to complete a questionnaire. Results Millimeter wave group can evidently decrease the swollen degree of face in paticular lines of the marked points than the control group (P〈0.05).And there is no complications. Conclusion The millimeter wave has proven to be an effective,safe and convenient machine on reducing the soft tissue swelling after maxillofacial surgery.
