摘要
目的:探讨自体耳廓软骨塑形成"蒙古包"形状移植在鼻尖美容整形的应用方法和效果。方法:通过外切口进路,取自体耳廓软骨,把耳廓软骨切成多片并叠加塑形成"蒙古包"状移植体移植于鼻尖处,缝合固定于双侧鼻翼软骨穹窿部。结果:应用自体耳廓软骨塑形"蒙古包"形状移植体移植于鼻尖整形57例。术后随访12个月,满意者52例,满意率91%,5例术后出现双侧鼻孔不对称畸形和瘢痕。结论:应用自体耳廓软骨塑形成"蒙古包"形状移植体移植在鼻尖可以有效改善鼻尖的形状,取得满意的效果。
Objective To explore satisfactory results in correcting the aesthetically low and blunt nasal tip with autologous auricular cartilage grafts. Methods External rhinoplasty approach is preferred. We have adopted patients＂ auricular cartilages, and carved them into Mongolianyurts-shape grafts. Then we have used these cartilage grafts to corrected the aesthetically low and blunt nasal tip. We also have observed the projection of the nasal tip before and after the operation.Results Fifty-seven patients adopted nasal tip rhinoplasty with autologous auricular cartilage grafts. All patients were followed up for tweleve months. Fifty-two patients were satisfied with the results, making up 91 percent of the total. Five patients were dissatisfied with the results because of postoperative scar and nostril asymmetry, making up 9 percent of the total. Conclusion It is effective method to use autologous auricular cartilage grafts which have been shaped to Mongolianyurts-shape to correct the aesthetically nasal tips such as the low and blunt nasal ti^s with low complication.
