摘要
塑料排水立管因内表面光滑,其通水能力与铸铁管相比是高是低存在争议。通过联立以水膜流终限流速建立的Q-Kp公式及以立管内空气能量方程建立的Q-Kp公式,总结出不同的管道粗糙度适应于不同的排水立管系统(与通气、高度、横管入水等条件有关),提高排水立管的通气性能加上合适的管道粗糙度才能提高排水立管通水能力,片面地说管道越光滑越好或越粗糙越好都是不对的。
Due to the smooth inside surface of the plastic vertical drainage pipe, the argument about which one had high water passing capacity between plastic pipe and cast iron pipe had existed for a long time. Combining the Q-Kp equation based on the water membrane velocity with the Q-Kp equation based on the air energy equation inside the vertical pipe. the different pipe coarse degree corresponding to differ- ent vertical drainage pipe system (connected with air flow, height, and horizontal pipe connection type) was summarized. It was concluded that improving vertical drainage pipe air flow capacity and selecting proper pipe coarse degree could improve vertical drainage pipe water passing capacity. It was im- proper to claim which one was better between smooth surface and coarse surface.
