摘要
针对新疆油田聚合物驱采出水水质特点,研究采用气浮—回转悬浮生物床处理工艺。试验结果表明,在进水聚合物浓度为632mg/L时,出水含油量平均为8.05mg/L,悬浮物平均为10.46mg/L,去除率分别为98.6%和96.3%,对聚合物驱采出水具有良好的处理效果,出水水质经过滤后可达《克拉玛依油田注水标准》(Q/SY XJ0065—2003)。
Based on the water quality of polymer-flooding production wastewater in Xinjiang oil- field, the application of floating-rotary suspending bio-bed process was studied. The results showed that when the polymer concentration was about 632 mg/L, the average oil concentration in treat- ment wastewater was 8.05 mg/L, the average suspended solid concentration was 10. 46 mg/L, and their removal efficiencies were 98.6% and 96.3%, respectively. This process had good performance it/polymer-flooding production wastewater treatment and the filtrated effluent could meet Kara- may oil field flooding water quality standards (Q/SY XJ0065-2003).
