摘要
应用PCR-DGGE方法,对以亚硝酸盐为电子受体的反硝化除磷系统的培养驯化过程的微生物群落结构和多样性进行研究。试验结果表明:随着驯化的过程,工艺内部的微生物种群是在不断变化的;系统中稳定运行后,系统内微生物的群落结构差别不大,形成了较为稳定的微生物群落结构。
The PCD-denatured gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) technique was used to study the microbial community structure and biodiversity during the cultivated process for short-cut denitrifying de- phosphatation using nitrite as electorn acceptor. The results showed that the microbial population was con stantly changing along with the process of domestication; however, the difference of the microbial commu- nity structure was not obvious and a relatively stable microbial community structure was constructured.
