摘要
在污泥处理处置技术方案中,干化+焚烧技术可以最大程度地实现污泥的减量化、无害化和稳定化,同时污泥热值可以有效利用,焚烧残渣在满足标准的情况下也可资源化利用。阐述了喷雾干燥与回转窑焚烧联合处理技术的原理、特点和设计要求,重点介绍了国产喷雾干燥与回转窑焚烧联合处理技术系统设备及其工程应用实例,该设备具有投资低、系统简单、占地面积小等优点。
Among the sludge treatment and disposal technologies, the combination of drying and incineration could realize the quantity reduction, harmless turning, and stabilization of the sludge at most. At the same time, the sludge heat could be used efficiently, and incineration residuals could be recycled under the precondition of meeting the standards. This paper described the princi- ple, characteristics, and design requirements of the combination of spray drying and rotary kilm in cineration. The domestic equipment for the combination of spray drying and rotary kiln incineration and its practical application cases were also introduced. This equipment has the advantages of low cost, simple system, and small floor area etc.
