摘要
回顾性分析35例(37只眼)难治性青光眼患者采用Ahmed引流阀植入术治疗后的眼压、视力及并发症情况。术后随访1～12个月,完全成功率为72.97%(27只眼),部分成功率为16.22%(6只眼),总成功率为89.19%。术前平均眼压为(5.4±1.2)kPa,术后1、3、6、12个月平均眼压分别为(1.8±0.7)、(2.1±1.0)、(2.3±0.9)、(2.6±0.5)kPa。术前与术后眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后1个月与术后3个月眼压比较差异无统计学意义,术后1个月与术后6个月及术后12个月眼压比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),术后3个月与术后6个月及术后12个月眼压比较差异均无统计学意义。术前视力与术后视力比较差异无统计学意义。
A retrospective study was designed to test 37 eyes from 35 refractory glaucoma patients who underwent AGV implantation.The observed signs included intraocular pressure（IOP）,visual acuity and complications.The results showed that post-operation follow-up was 1～12 months.The probability of complete success was 72.97%（27/37） and the total success was 89.19%（33/37）.IOP of pre-operation mean of（5.4±1.2） kPa,and IOP of post-operation in 1,3,6 and 12 months were（1.8±0.7）,（2.1±1.0）,（2.3±0.9）,（2.6±0.5） kPa.AGV is an effective method for treating refractory glaucoma and the rate of success increases obviously.
