摘要
应急视频指挥系统是应急指挥的重要支撑系统,传统应急视频指挥系统以视频集成为主,各个系统之间没有数据交换和共享。介绍了现有的应急视频指挥系统,提出结合现有的应急视频系统,利用"云网络"和移动互联技术,通过多种网络互联、多种支撑系统、多种终端应用,设计并建设一个以信息资源快速、实时、不间断共享为目的,覆盖全省范围内的智能应急视频指挥平台。介绍了应急视频平台的组成模块、逻辑架构以及各种应用功能。
The power emergency video command system has played an important role in the emergency command center, the traditional emergency video command system is a video system integration, systems has no sharing and exchange data. The paper presents the current emergency video command system, and proposes a new smart platform of the whole province. It combines the current emergency video command system using cloud web and mobile interconnect technology, by multiple networks, support system, terminals, and builds a fast data share platform. The components and module, logical partitioning schema and functions of the platform are described.
