摘要
探索开发了尿路结石患者出院随访系统,融入了与外部数据库接口无缝接合及通讯技术。选择2008年5月至2009年10月住院的65岁以下初次上尿路单发结石患者730例,按随机数字表法,分为试验组365例和对照组365例,试验组在门诊随访基础上运用随访系统进行跟踪,持续2年;对照组行门诊随访。临床应用后,较好地解决了手工患者档案不易管理、漏随访、随访记录保存不完整等问题,实现了随访数字化管理。试验组术前和2年后比较,成石因子显著降低(P<0.01),去石因子24h尿量有明显增加(P<0.05),试验组结石复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。该系统的应用对改变患者饮食结构及体内代谢产物效果明显,对降低结石复发率有一定的作用。
This paper introduces the development and application of a follow-up system for discharged patients with urolithiasis. This computer-aided system integrates the communieation technology for fully joint and interface to external database. A total of 730 patients with monosynlptom urolithiasis from May 2008 to October 2009 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The patients in the control group received routine outpatient follow-up services. In addition,the patients in the experimental group received follow-up services using the designed system for two years. This system resolved the problems in the management of patients＇ medical records,reduced the missed rate of follow-up,improved the quality of records,and realized the digitalized management. In the experimental group,the urolithiasis factors group decreased（P〈0.01） and the calculus eliminating factors in 24 hours urine increased significantly（P〈0.05）. The recurrenee rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The application of follow-up system leads io significant eft＇cots on changing dietary structure and metabolic produces in patients with urolithiasis,and consequently reduces the recurrence rate.
