摘要
总结了91例上消化道异物的患儿应用钳道2.4mm胃镜行异物取出术的护理配合。护理配合要点包括:术前认真准备手术间和手术器械,做好患儿的心理支持;术中密切配合医生做好扶持镜身循腔进镜的工作,在抓住或套住异物后随胃镜一起后退,并充分注气,在胃镜直视下缓慢取出,以避免异物滑脱和损伤上消化道,再次进镜操作时吸尽上消化道的残液、气体,并确定治疗异物过程中是否存在损伤以及损伤的程度。本组钳道2.4mm胃镜治疗91例,成功取出异物89例,成功率97.8%。
This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of 91 pediatric patients with foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract removed by gastroscopes. The key points of nursing were well-prepared operating room and surgical instruments,psychological support for the children,operating in coordination with doctor to hold the gastroscope,withdraw the gastroseope with enough air into the digestive tract after the foreign body was seized,extract foreign body under the gastroseope to prevent the foreign body from slipping off or damaging the wall of the upper gastrointestinal tract,draw the residual air and fluid completely when gastroscope was returned back to the upper gastrointestinal tract,and making sure if the upper gastrointestinal tract underwent damage and the injury degree. The foreign bodies of 89 out of 91 children were successfully removed and the success rate was 97.8%.
