摘要
总结7例胰十二指肠联合切除人造血管植入术的护理配合。手术室护士术前充分准备,建立足够的静脉通道,术中及时、准确地应用各类药物,有效维持循环的稳定,准确完成血管阻断计时工作,严格执行无菌操作,密切配合手术,减少血管阻断时间。7例患者均顺利完成手术,未发现并发症。
This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of 7 patients undergoing pancreatoduodenectomy and blood vessel prosthesis transplantation. The key points in nursing were adequate preoperative preparations,opening enough venous channels, timely and proper administration of intraoperative drugs,maintenance of stable intraoperative blood circulation,accurate time record of the superior mesenteric vein blocking and proper reporting system,strict aseptic techniques,and cooperation with the surgeons actively to shorten blocking time. All operations were implemented successfully without postoperative complications.
