摘要
总结了1例应用腓骨游离皮瓣对上颌窦癌术后缺损进行修复的护理。术前进行全面评估,充分准备;术后严密观察病情,监测游离皮瓣吻合血管血流,控制疼痛,积极给予营养支持,加强引流管、切口、口腔护理及并发症预防。患者手术顺利,术后未发生血管危象、出血、血肿、手术部位及供皮区的感染等并发症,术后13d出院。
This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with maxillary sinus cancer receiving reconstructive operation with free fibula flaps. Preoperative nursing focused on general assessment of patient＇s health condition and adequate preoperative preparations. The key points of postoperative care were close observation of patient＇s condition,monitoring of arterial and venous signals in the free flap,pain management,nutritional support,management of the drainage tubes and incisions,oral care and prevention of postoperative complications. The operation was successful without complications such as vascular crisis,bleeding,hematoma,infections in the donor site and surgical site. The patient was discharged from the hospital after 13 days.
