摘要
竞合理论认为价值创造的本质是合作,价值分配的本质是竞争。产学R&D联盟的发展是双方共同投入人力资金创造价值,共同分享R&D成果分配价值的过程,即大学、产业两个彼此独立的实体为创造价值而合作,同时为了自身利益最大化而竞争,这种竞合关系存在于联盟过程的始终。当前学者们尚未从竞合角度对产学R&D联盟进行分析,因此,本文通过梳理相关国内外文献,从竞合的视角分析产学R&D联盟发展中的各种影响因素,并构建其路径发展模型。
Based on co-opetition theory, cooperation is considered as the essence of value creation, and competition is the essence of value distribution. In the development of collaborative R&D unit of Industry-University, they input resource to create value and share the R&D achievement to distribute value, namely, they cooperate for creating the value and compete for maximizing the benefit, and the co-opetition relationship will exist in the union from beginning to the end. However, there is no scholar analysis on R&D union of In- dustry-University from co-opetition perspective. In this paper, after reviewing the related literatures, we analyzed the influencing factors of the Industry-University R&D union during the process of developing based on the co-opetition assumption, and then established the model for this process.
