摘要
本文介绍一种实现多种基于工业以太网现场总线[1]的方法。基于MCU、FPGA、CPLD和FLASH实现3种基于工业以太网的现场总线:广州数控的GSK-Link,广州数控、华中数控、大连光洋等公司联合开发的NCUC-BUS,德国Beckhoff公司开发的EtherCAT(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology)。该方法以较低的硬件成本在数控系统、伺服装置中实现多种现场总线协议,使不同公司的数控系统、伺服装置实现互联,具有很好的市场应用前景。
A method for realizing multiple fieldbus based on industrial Ethernet is introduced in this paper. Based on MCU, FPGA, CPLD and FLASH, there are three kinds of fieldbus based on industrial Ethernet can be realized, there are GSK-Link developed by GSK, NCUC-BUS jointly developed by the companies such as GSK, HNC and GONA and EtherCAT (Ethernet for Control Automation Technology)by Beckhoff of Germany. This method can make the multiple fieldbus protocol realized in CNC system and servo device at lower hardware cost, and can make the CNC system and servo device from different companies to realize interconnected, so there is a good market prospect for the application.
