摘要
盾构隧道衬砌属装配式结构,衬砌环间接头对整环刚度的影响不容忽视。目前常用的接头计算模型普遍过于简单,不能准确模拟接头的工作状态。为此,本文提出了一种力学模型,将接头处衬垫和螺栓抽象成非线性弹簧,该模型可以准确模拟不同构造形式的接头。随后将该接头模型应用于整环衬砌结构的动力有限元分析中,采用ABAQUS有限元软件以天津地铁盾构隧道工程为背景,进行了隧道横断面的地震响应分析,研究了接头模型对管片内力的影响,进而验证了该接头模型在动力分析中的适用性。分析结果表明,这种方法可较精确地模拟接头对衬砌结构的影响,同时具备较高的计算效率。
Shield tunnel is a type of prefabricated structure, in which the influence of the segments' joint on the stiffness of entire shields ring should not be ignored. The calculation model of the joint normally used is so simple that it cannot simulate the behavior of joints accurately. Therefore, a model of joint, which takes into account the gaskets and bolts as nonlinear springs to simulate the different forms of joint precisely, is presented. The model is then applied to the dynamic finite element analysis of whole shields ring of tunnel structure. With the example of Tianjin subway, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is adopted to analyze the transverse seismic responses of the shield tunnel. By comparing the internal forces of segment with or without joint model, the applicability of the joint model in the dynamic analysis is investigated. It shows that the proposed model can simulate the effect of joints with high computational efficiency and precision.
