摘要 通过环管试验对高浓度全尾砂充填料浆管道输送过程进行模拟,研究了对全尾砂高浓度料浆的输送性能。通过对不同浓度料浆的流动性、泌水性、沉缩性进行研究,界定高浓度料浆的浓度范围,从而确定试验对象。基于环管试验直接测取的阻力损失参数,进行理论分析和数据处理,获得料浆的流变参数,结合拟合分析和流体力学基本理论推导出经验公式,用于阻力损失参数的预测,拓宽了环管试验的应用范围。 The pipeline transportation of unclassified tailings slurry with a high density was simulated by round - pipe experiment, and the transportation performance of the unclassified tailings slurry was studied. Based on the flow property, bleeding and subsiding studies of slurry with different concentration, the high - concentration ranges of slurry was defined, and the test object was determined. By round -pipe experiment and data analysis, the resistance losses of the slurry transportation in pipeline was measured and analyzed in theory, and the rheological properties of the backfilling slurry was obtained. Several experiential formula for calculating resistance losses of backfilling slurry transportation in pipeline were derived based on fitting analysis and the basic theory of fluid mechanics. The experimental study had widens application areas of round - pipe experiment.
