摘要
平果那豆矿区资源储量大、分布面积广,其中部分资源被村庄压覆,难以开采,矿区资源压覆率达17.67%。调查、收集矿区村庄压矿面积、矿体赋存情况以及压矿村庄人文经济、地理信息等大量数据资料,并详细分析研究压覆资源潜在价值、村庄搬迁成本、开采综合成本,在此基础上通过创建压覆资源经济评价数学模型,分析压覆资源价值与成本之间的关系来考量其开采价值。基于吨矿利润指标、吨矿搬迁成本,分析不同经济环境下(氧化铝售价)各压矿村庄搬迁的经济效益,定量、定性分析了各压矿村庄搬迁的经济风险。对增加矿山资源储备、提高矿山资源回收率、延长矿山服务年限具有重要意义。
In Pingguo Nadou mine area, the reserve of bauxite is great, and its distribution area is large, but a part (up to 17.67% ) of the bauxite reserve is under villages and is difficult to mine. A great of data about the villages cover area above the bauxite deposit, the occurrence conditions of the orebody, human economy and geographic information of the villages was collected and investigated, the potential value and integrated mining cost of bauxite resources covered by the villages and the relocation costs of the village were analyzed in detail. On the base of these, mathematical models for the economic evaluation of bauxite resources covered by the villages were established, and by analyzing the relationship between the value of bauxite resources covered by the villages and its mining cost, the exploitation value of the bauxite resources was evaluated. Based on the profit and relocation cost per ton ore, the economic benefit of the villages relocation under different economic environments (alumina price) was analyzed, and the quantitative and qualitative analysis on the economic risk of each villages above the bauxite deposit were made also. The research has a vital significance for increasing the reserve and recovery rate of resources and prolonging service life of mine.
