摘要
结合金山店铁矿张福山矿区的开采实际,借助FLAC3D三维数值模拟分析软件,对比分析了不同矿房结构参数、不同充填配比的嗣后充填法回采充填过程的采场围岩应力、变形及塑性区分布情况。研究表明:在相同充填配比下,矿柱宽度从15 m增加到18 m,矿柱承受的最大应力值由23.3 MPa减少到23.1 MPa,顶板下沉位移由22.2 mm增加到27.7 mm;充填体的强度由2.4 MPa增加到3.8 MPa,矿柱两侧围岩承受的最大应力值由16.3 MPa降低到15.9MPa,顶板下沉位移由413.4 mm减少到104.3 mm。经综合分析比较,确定合理的矿房、矿柱宽度为15 m,充填配比为1∶8。
In accordance with the mining practice of Zhangfushan mining area of Jinshandian iron mine ,with the help of three -dimensional numerical simulation analysis software FLAC^3D, the changes of stress, deformation and plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock in stoping process for stage open stoping with subsequent filling under conditions of different room structure parameters and filling ratio were contrastively analyzed. The re- search showed that when the width of room increased from 15 m to 18 m, the maximum stress suffered by intersatll pillar decreased from 23.3 MPa to 23.1 MPa and the sinking displace- ment of roof increased from 22.2 mm to 27.7 mm under the same blending ratio;when the intensity of filling body increased from 2. d MPa to 3.8 MPa, the maximum stress suffered by the wall rock on the sides of the pillar decreased from 16.3 MPa to 15.9 MPa and the sinking displacement of roof decreased from 413.4 mm to 104.3 mm. Based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison, the reasonable room width, pillar width and filling blending ratio were determined as 15 m , 15 m, 1:8 respectively.
