摘要
目的观察参附注射液治疗危重病非心源性心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法将39例危重病患者随机分为两组,对照组予原发病常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参附注射液,疗程7 d。结果治疗组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、每分输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)较治疗前明显改善,治疗组急性左心衰的发生率明显低于对照组,治疗组中医辨证计量要素有效率明显高于对照组。结论参附注射液是治疗危重病非心源性心肌损伤安全有效的中药注射剂。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the treatment of the critically illness of non-cardiac myocardial injury by Shenfu injection.Methods： 39 patients of critically illness were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional treatment of the primary disease.The treatment group were given Shenfu injection on the basis treatment of the control group with 7 d.Results： After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,per minute output（CO） and stroke volume（SV） of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with pre-treatment.Acute left ventricular failure of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Quantitative TCM differential factor of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion： Shenfu injection is a safe and effective TCM injection for the treatment of the critically illness of non-cardiac myocardial injury.
