摘要
以某铜矿选矿厂自动化控制系统建设为背景,介绍了Wonderware软件的特点,利用Wonder-ware的系统平台软件构建了一个选矿自动化控制系统,给出了系统的总体结构框图,阐述了系统中各部分的功能和设计。实践证明,该系统人机界面友好,可以方便地实现对选矿流程的在线监控和操作,提高生产管理的效率。
On the basis of construction of automatic control system for a copper concentrator, the paper introduces the feature of Wonderware software, constructs automatic control system of mineral processing using the Wonderware System Platform software, provides whole structured flowchart of the system, and expatiates the function and design of each part of the system. The result proves that the system has friendly human machine interface, can monitor and operate the mineral processing conveniently, and thus improves the efficiency of production management.
