摘要
我国拜耳法氧化铝生产中,种分分解过程存在分解率低、分解时间长、种子比大、产品质量波动大等问题。本文在详细讨论分解温度、原液苛性比值、晶种质量及铝酸钠溶液杂质含量等工艺条件对种分分解过程影响的基础上,提出了降低分解原液的苛性比值、两段降温分解制度、醋酸增加晶种活性、降低铝酸钠溶液中Ns、Nc杂质含量和采用添加剂的技术等强化种分分解过程的途径。同时对不同氧化铝生产工艺中的种分分解过程,提出了具体的优化措施,可为我国氧化铝的优质高产、降低能耗提供借鉴。
Low decomposition rate, long decomposition time, high seed ratio, and instable production quality are the main problems of Bayer process in alumina production in China. Based on the detailed investigation of decomposition temperature, caustic ratio of stock solution, seed production and content of impurity in sodium aluminate solution, this paper proposes a series of optimization approach for seed decomposition process, such as decrease caustic ratio of stock solution, two-step cooling decomposition method, raise seed activity by acetic acid, reduce Ns, Nc content in sodium aluminate solution, use additives and etc. Meanwhile, aiming to seed decomposition of different alumina process, specific measures are proposed to produce high-quality product and reduce energy consumption, which shall provide some valuable reference for alumina production in China.
