摘要
主要针对我国特有的钒矿资源——石煤进行了浸出性能的研究。通过对熟化硫酸用量、熟化温度、熟化时间、浸出时间、浸出温度等因素的研究,提出了硫酸熟化—浸出法从石煤中浸出钒的新工艺,浸出率可达94%。这对石煤提钒实际生产过程具有重要的意义。
This paper mainly studies the leaching performance of vanadium mineral resource-stone coal, which is a kind of unique resource in China. Through the study of some factors such as curing sulphuric acid dosage, curing temperature, curing time, leaching time, leaching temperature etc. The paper proposes a new technology of leaching vanadium by the approach of sulphuric acid curing-leaching with leaching rate reaching as high as 94% , which is of very important significance to actual production process of extracting vanadium from stone coal.
