摘要
研究了锡阳极泥锡锑分离硫化挥发过程,考察硫化铁加入量、反应时间、焙烧反应温度对试验结果的影响。在硫化铁与锡阳极泥比1∶4,反应温度1050℃,反应时间2 h的试验条件下,锡阳极泥锡锑有价金属分离率达90%以上。实现了锡阳极泥中锡锑等高价值金属有效综合利用,开发了火法处理锡阳极泥锡锑分离新工艺。
Sulfide volatilization process of tin and antimony separation in tin anode mud is studied and the effect of iron sulfide dosage, reaction time, calcination reaction temperature on the test results is examined. Under the situation of iron sulfide and tin anode mud ratio 1 : 4, reaction temperature of 1050 ℃ , and reaction time 2 hours, the tin anode mud tin-antimony metallic element separation rate reaches above 90% , which realizes the effective comprehensive utilization of tin, antimony and other high value metals and is a kind of innovative pyrometallurgieal processing of tin and antimony separation technology for tin anode mud.
