摘要
根据尾矿中的铂钯矿物绝大多数与铁矿物结合的特点,本试验采用磁选+浮选的联合流程来回收尾矿中的铂钯金属。采用推荐流程,可获得铂钯精矿中铂、钯品位分别为11.20 g/t、28.37 g/t,回收率分别为54.70%、57.19%技术指标,充分回收了铂族金属。本研究对宝贵铂钯资源的开发利用具有重要意义。
According to the most of mineral binding characteristics in tailing experiment of railings of Pt and Pd, united process of magnetic separation and flotation is applied by this experimental study to recycle the Pt and Pd in tailings. By recommended process, the Pt and Pd concentrate with Pt grade of 11.20 g/t and Pd 28.37g/t can be obtained with recovery rate 54.70% and 57.10% respectively, which fully recycles the platinum group metals and of very important significance to valuable Pt and Pd resources.
