低剂量CT联合血清肿瘤标志物对肺癌高危人群早期筛查的研究 被引量：8

摘要 肺癌发病率高,吸烟人群高于非吸烟人群,是病死率最高的恶性肿瘤[1]。肺癌的预后与诊断时的临床分期密切相关。研究显示,Ⅰ期肺癌手术治愈率为70%,5年生存率为60%～80%,而不进行手术切除的5年生存率仅为10%[2]。因此肺癌的早期筛查,尤其是吸烟人群的筛查很重要。通过痰找脱落细胞、胸部X线（CXR）筛查,并不能改善肺癌的病死率[3]。低剂量CT（LDCT）保持了常规CT的敏感性,
