新月体性IgA肾病的临床研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 IgA肾病是最常见的原发肾小球疾病之一，其临床和病理表现呈明显的异质性，20世纪70年代末期，新月体性IgA肾病为人类所认识。现有研究表明在出现新月体的IgA肾病亚组中，其临床表现和预后仍不一致，少数可表现为慢性肾炎综合征，不伴肾功能的快速恶化；但大部分新月体性IgA肾病患者临床表现为急进性肾小球肾炎，预后差。新月体性IgA肾病为IgA肾病中的严重亚型，是急进性肾炎综合征的常见病因，其发病率低，关于此病的研究很少，目前国内外尚缺乏相关的专题讨论。我们将有关新月体性IgA肾病的最新研究进展综述如下。
