摘要
乳腺癌易感基因1(BRCA1)是最先被识别的具有遗传倾向的乳腺癌易感基因。X射线交叉互补修复基因1(XRCC1)是一重要的DNA损伤修复基因。BRCA1、XRCC1基因多态性,尤其是其编码区的多态性改变,很可能在乳腺癌发病中起着重要作用。目前研究认为BRCA1、XRCC1多态性对乳腺癌易感性的影响不一,本文在大量阅读最新相关文献基础上集成此综述。
Breast cancer susceptibility genes 1(BRCA1) is the first identified breast cancer susceptibility gene with genetic predisposition.X-ray repair complementing defective repair in Chinese hamster cells 1(XRCC1) is an important DNA repair gene.BRCA1 and XRCC1 genes polymorphism,especially the polymorphism change of their coding region,probably play an important role in the onset of breast cancer.Current study show that the effect of BRCA1 and XRCC1 polymorphism on susceptibility to breast cancer are different,and this summary is based on a lot of latest relevant literatures.
