摘要
目的观察超短波、低频脉冲电疗联合电针治疗腓总神经麻痹的疗效。方法随机选择治疗组20例、对照组20例腓总神经麻痹患者,治疗组在常规药物治疗同时配合超短波、低频脉冲电疗和电针治疗,对照组用常规药物治疗并早期康复治疗。治疗前及治疗8周后用徒手肌力法(MMT)和神经功能愈合标准评分法(MCRR标准)对下肢功能进行评定。结果治疗后,治疗组MMT评分值较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组优良率为85.00%,对照组为60.00%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波、低频脉冲电疗联合电针治疗可以有效改善腓总神经麻痹患者下肢的运动功能。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of ultrashort wave, low frequency pulse electrotherapy and electroacupuncture therapy in treatment of patients with common peroneal nerve palsy. Methods Forty patients with common peroneal nerve palsy were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （20 cases） and control group （20 cases）. The patients in treatment group were treated with ultrashort wave, low frequency pulse eleetrotherapy and electroacupuncture therapy, while those in control group were treated mainly with drug. All patients were scored with MMT and MCRR pre and post treatment. Results It was shown that the lower limb motor function of all patients was significantly improved after treatment and MMT and MCRR scores of patients in treatment group were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Furthermore, the excellent and good rate was 85.00% in treatment group, while it was 60.00% in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ultrashort wave, low frequency pulse electrotherapy and electroacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the lower limb motor function in patients with common peroneal nerve palsy.
