摘要
启动子是指一段进行转录的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)序列,控制着基因表达的起始时间和表达程度。启动子研究对于了解生物生长发育、探讨物种的进化及同源性具有重要的意义。论文就猪、牛以及其他物种的启动子的调控功能的研究进展作了简要的综述,并对启动子调控功能的研究前景进行了展望。
The promoter was a component of gene, it was a DNA sequence for transcription in genet- ics which controlled the starting time and degree in the gene expression. It is important to understand the growth and development of living beings, study the evolution of species and realize the foreign gene effi- cient expression of the foreign gene in genetically modified organisms. The progress of promoter about mouse, pig, cattle and other species were summarized and the future prospect was discussed in this paper.
