摘要
高等教育的发展关乎国家的软实力,影响着国家的全局调控,并决定着未来国家的发展.高等教育学费问题成为社会所关注的热点问题,作者在合理假设的前提下,系统地建立了高校招生规模、政府生均经费、家庭人均收入与学费标准之间的四维动力学模型,并给出模型平衡点的稳定性条件,并逐次的对模型进行优化,得到高校学费的制定标准.
The development of higher education influence the soft strength of the country, the global regulation of the state, and determine the future development of the country. Higher education tuition has become a hot issue. On the reasonable assumption, the author set up the four - dimensional dynamic model systematically, which include the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, government＇ s average cost, family income per capita and the tuition standard, and give the model stability of equilibrium conditions, and optimize the model successively. At last the author get the university tuition standard.
