摘要
以丹皮酚为研究对象,利用高效液相色谱对于传统中药方剂六味地黄方剂复方前后有效成分的溶出量进行了分析.研究发现,对于六味地黄方剂而言,复方前后其有效成分丹皮酚的溶出量变化不大.
The contents of paeonol in the liuweidihuang pill before and after compound were determinated by HPLC. The result shows that the contents of paeonol in the liuweidihuang pill before and after compound vary a little.
