摘要
结合大型公建项目吸引的交通流特征,根据项目停车场泊位数对吸引的交通流量进行预测。建立了以项目周边整体路网的交叉口车辆延误时间和路段车辆行程时间之和为优化目标,以高峰时段出行交通量、行车速度和交叉口信号周期时长等为约束条件的交通影响优化模型,并采用微观交通仿真软件VISSIM进行模型的仿真求解。最后,结合实际大型公建项目实例进行了模型仿真验证,结果显示达到了减少延误和提高路网服务水平的效果。
At present,the traffic impact analysis(TIA) methods for large public projects are applied mainly for some congested intersections or roads surrounding them;however,the impact on the regional road network is always ignored.Aimed at this situation,the traffic flow characteristics of large public projects are studied,and an optimal model of TIA for large public projects is established,in which the sum of the road network intersection delay and road travel time delay is the optimization objective.Some factors are taken into account in the model,such as the traffic flow volume estimated by the quantities of parking berths,the driving speed,the signal cycle duration,etc.,and the microscopic traffic simulation software VISSIM is applied to solve the model.Finally,the model is applied to the case of a large public project,and the results illustrate that the total delay is reduced and road network service level is improved.
