摘要
按照《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》对高等教育发展提出的要求,通过对欠发达地区高校师资队伍一般性特点和韩山师范学院师资队伍的建设现状进行比较分析,提出欠发达地区地方师范院校教师队伍建设的可持续性发展策略。
In accordance with requirement to higher education of National Long-term Development Plan and Educational Reform,through comparative analysis of general characteristics of the group of teachers from local normal university in underdeveloped areas and problems of teacher team construction in Hanshan Normal University,this article puts forward sustainable development strategies for building of the group of teachers from local normal university in underdeveloped areas.
