摘要
外来影视作品越来越受到国人的喜爱,而影视字幕作为一种特殊的文体,其翻译也受到越来越多的关注。优秀的影视字幕翻译不仅可以吸引更多的观众,而且能够更好地促进不同文化的交流与发展。文章以目的论为理论基础,以美剧《摩登家庭》为例,探析影视字幕翻译的特点及策略,以期对影视字幕翻译水平的提高有所裨益。
Foreign film and TV programs have been receiving more and more attention,so as the translation of subtitle as a special genre.Excellent rendering of subtitle can not only attract much more audience,but also boost the communication and development among different cultures.Basing itself on Skopos Theory,this paper probes into the peculiarities of subtitle translation,and analyzes the translation approaches through a case study of Modern family,hoping to be conducive to the improvement of subtitle translation.
